between Business English Solutions International LLC, Changsha Lainhua Educational Exchange Consulting and the Provincial Ministry of Education of Hunan Province. This is part of an ongoing 5-year plan to stimulate educational development and exchange between the Peoples Republic of Hunan China and the United States of America.
